There is a lot of good lines in this one, and all the characters are colourful. I don’t typically read westerns, but I’m liking this story so far.

Yes. I considered it. That's one for the rewrite. Or we can have clash of horse culture later. However, foxhunting involved some pretty daring riding.

Dressage evolved from methods to teach horse and rider to fight. It's a martial art for horses. Took like seven years to turn horse-rider into a killing machine. Then someone came up with a way to whittle that down to five and had a superior tactical advantage. Like begin able to build more battleships faster.

The history of everything is soaked in blood.
